Zoho People-Human Resources Management system
Club Code Technology would like to share with you the successful project we have at Zoho People. It shows how the people of Zoho use it as a Team Followers Program with their Human Resource Management process.
The client needed an employee website with an organization chart. Monitoring policies that impact bonuses and promotions was crucial. They also required the ability to generate reports to inspect staff performance. These features needed to be truly beneficial. Here is a quick summary of some of the great features we have presented to Zoho People:

This year, to help HR professionals make more informed decisions for their employees, we’ve launched Consolidated Reports. By default, Zoho People includes several reports on important HR processes, such as attendance, leave, timesheets, and performance management. To streamline workflow, we have unified all these reports under a single tab. Consequently, users can view all essential information on one screen. Furthermore, the division of reports into three categories remains: Personal Reports, Team Reports, and Organizational Reports.
Two months ago, Zoho People Kiosk was launched, introducing a smart face recognition app. This innovative tool aids local staff in effortlessly marking their departure. The app functions by capturing a photo of the user clocking in or out, which is then compared with their profile image on the Zoho People server to verify their identity. Consequently, only authorized personnel gain access to your office space.
Staff immunization rate is one of the most important HR departments to be monitored. To streamline policy management, we’ve added the Vaccination Status feature in Zoho People. Once activated, a shortcut on the Zoho People dashboard appears. Employees can update their vaccination status and certificate. This applies whether they are partially or fully vaccinated. This helps organizations understand their staff’s vaccination trends.
Zoho People’s leave management system boasts several impressive features that empower organizations to establish clear leave policies. It efficiently handles employee leave requests in alignment with organizational policies and regulations.
Moreover, to enhance our holiday management system’s efficiency, we’ve introduced the Leave Grant feature. This addition aids organizations in managing leave applications without disrupting normal entitlements. Notably, leave types like Father and Mother’s leave stand to benefit from the Leave Grant feature.

Introducing the Performance Monitoring feature as a key component of our performance management system was essential. This feature aids organizations in aligning performance appraisals with local and regional laws.
In fact, performance controls have the capability to adjust ratings provided by qualified auditors according to the organization’s appropriate rating standards.
Furthermore, as performance measures commence, regulators can easily identify any deviations in the percentage of ratings assigned to analysts from the appropriate distribution ratio.
Once all testers submit their ratings, they can seamlessly begin utilizing the system.
